How long does a custom seal take?
Signature seals are typically delivered within 7 to 10 business days of consultation. Patches add 12-14 days to proof approval. Episcopal and consecration packages are scheduled around your service date, so the earlier we begin, the better.
Do you include revisions?
Yes. Collaborative revisions are included in every custom commission and are never billed as surprise fees. We refine together until the seal is right.
Can you build our church website too?
Yes. Website design is our most popular add-on. The same studio that designs your seal builds your site, so your brand matches everywhere, from the certificate to the homepage. See the add-ons above, or contact us for a custom quote.
How long does a website take?
A landing page or event page is typically live within 2 to 3 weeks. Full church websites are scoped around your content and usually launch within 4 to 8 weeks. Consecration event pages are always scheduled to launch alongside your invitations.

That’s exactly what the website refresh is for. We rebuild your existing site around your new seal and brand system while keeping everything your members rely on, like sermons, giving, and event calendars.

Why aren't your patches embroidered?
Embroidery must flatten your seal: gradients removed, small text erased, and detail thrown away. Our patches are permanently dyed into the fabric and hand-cut to shape, so everything the artist designed is exactly what arrives on your vestment.
Can you match an existing crest or denominational style?
Yes. Send photos of existing seals, patches, or jurisdiction marks, and we’ll design in visual harmony with them.
What files do I receive?
High-resolution files in all required formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, and vector), organized for print, web, embossing, and fabric. Your seal will work everywhere, from the ordination certificate to Instagram.

Not at all. Most church brand upgrades are refinements. We preserve your founding year and the symbols your congregation recognizes while modernizing the craftsmanship.
Is shipping included?
Yes. All listed prices include standard US shipping for patches and printed items. Rush and international delivery are quoted separately.
When is payment due?
A deposit reserves your place on the design calendar, with the balance due before final files, patches, or your website launch. Deposits are refundable within 24 hours of payment. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
I need this before my consecration. Can you make it happen?
Contact us with your date before ordering. We build event work backward from your service date, and rush options exist for most items. The final content deadline for event materials is 10 business days before the service.
